For over 30 years, Pamela Haskins has had a successful career in Human Resources. Working in the Health Care field, she began her career recruiting for non-nursing positions at Lehigh Valley Hospital Center in Allentown, PA. Five years later, Ms. Haskins became the General Manager of Spectrum Administrators, a third party administrator and wholly owned subsidiary of the Center where she was responsible for the entire start-up and ongoing operation. From there, she moved to Norfolk, VA and became a Benefits Manager at Sentara Health System. In the private sector, she was a well-respected Corporate Trainer for Wellspring Resources in Jacksonville, FL as well as the liaison between clients and IT during software implementation training. In 2000, Ms. Haskins returned to recruiting as the sole proprietor of PJA-USA, Inc. She spent 8 years specializing in the legal market identifying partner level candidates, securing law firm clients, negotiating contracts, etc. During this time, Ms. Haskins also performed as a CRM beta tester for Sendouts, helping improve its applicant tracking software.
Most recently, Pamela has been freelancing as a Benefits Counselor representing insurance companies, enrollment companies, brokers and occasionally working directly with Corporate Human Resources departments. As someone who holds both a Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning with Technology (2008) and a Master of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis on Health and Wellness (2012), Ms. Haskins’ experience and education adds depth and credibility to any position she holds. Through combining her professionalism and accomplishments she looks forward to joining the Workforce Systems Consulting team.
